Small by choice. Big difference.

A lot has been said recently about the advantages of being small.

Seth Godin, the author of nine international bestsellers and the most popular marketing blogger in the world, proclaimed “small is the new big”. Meanwhile, Bo Burlingham, Inc. magazine's editor-at-large, is praising what he calls Small Giants.

Templar Research Services similarly champions this philosophy.

We have made a conscious decision to remain a small company because we believe this allows us to focus on what is really important to us: offering our clients a personalized customer service experience that responds to their every need.

Being small means we never take our clients for granted. We strive to make sure they are not only satisfied, but happy, too.

We will never turn down a project because it is too small, or push it aside because something bigger has come along. All projects, big or small, are treated with equal dedication.

What’s more, we only take on as much work as we can devote our full attention to, so we can successfully complete a project and deliver it on time or earlier. It also means we can offer competitive prices because we don’t have the kind of overhead and expenses bigger companies have.

Being small means we are always accessible. We always answer our email, and are quick to reply to your requests. We are also willing to work around your schedule, even if it means working outside of our time zone, or on a weekend.

Big difference? You bet. Small is the next big thing.
