If you enjoy moderating focus groups or IDIs, but hate writing reports, or are simply stuck for time, we can help you. By attending your focus groups in person, or working off audio/video tapes and DVDs, our experienced qualitative report writers will inform, captivate, and even delight your report’s readers with their words (and attention to spelling and grammar). What’s more, using an outsider can add to the quality of your deliverables as our report writers are objectively listening to your respondents and focusing on what they have to say. No one is competing for their impartial attention. They don’t have to deal with recruiters or quotas, focus group facility rentals, entertaining their out-of-town clients, or bumpy flights and noisy hotel rooms. Aside from using a number of secondary sources – government publications and census data, newspapers and periodicals, websites and blogs – to compile this information for you, we can also collect first-hand information by speaking to experts. Need us to code open-ended responses using a code list of your own design, or would you like us to develop a codeframe for you? Neither is a problem for our experienced coders, who also happen to be fluent in English and French. Whether you want us to code handwritten answers, or comments pulled from an online study, we can do so with equal ease. But if you prefer to see your open-ended answers verbatim, we’re equally adept at typing such comments for you, or translating them into the language of your choice. We’re also available to help you edit and proofread any written materials you may have, or create original written content for your website or company. * * * Data Entry and Data Capture. Whether you have five completes or 5,000, we can handle easy single-sheet surveys, or complex questionnaires and booklets with multiple pages and hundreds of questions. We also have experience keypunching comment cards and ballots, consumer diaries, internal forms and confidential records, and employee opinion surveys. Our data entry staff is so lightning fast, yet incredibly accurate, that a few of our clients actually believe they might be bionic. * * * Data Processing. Frequencies or marginals, quick tabulations or statistic-heavy cross-tabs, or just a summary report and some detailed charts, we do them all and are here to serve you. We are also sensitive to the fact that some projects require additional tab runs during your analysis, and are ready to help you find the answers you need, day or night. Our data processing team can work with data that was captured elsewhere - CATI, CAPI, online surveys - just as easily as data entered by us. What's more, we can merge and laminate data from studies completed at different times, handle complex de-rotations, and export your data to a number of file formats such as ASCII, Excel and SPSS. * * * No Surprises. We really don’t like saying “no”. We strive to make our clients very happy, and as Walt Disney once said, “It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.” That said, there are a few things we won’t do, simply because we’re not in the business of competing with our clients, and they do these things a whole lot better than we ever could. We don’t recruit respondents. We don’t operate a focus group facility. We don’t moderate groups or IDIs. We don’t design questionnaires. We don’t run a phone room. We don’t do mall interviews. We don’t do fieldwork. We don’t sell sample. We don’t sell market research software. We don’t operate a panel. We don’t field web surveys.
